I can't log in▾
Make sure you are using the email address you registered with and that your password is correct. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset link on the sign-in screen. If the problem persists, contact support and we will help restore access.
My football data is not showing▾
ACCA AI updates automatically throughout the day. If no fixtures or predictions appear, check that your device has an internet connection and try refreshing the page. During busy periods or data-provider maintenance, live data may be temporarily delayed.
How do predictions work?▾
ACCA AI uses a statistical model that analyses team form, results and match context to produce probability estimates for home win, draw and away win. Every probability is a model estimate, not a guarantee of outcome.
Subscription help▾
You can manage your subscription from Settings → Account & Membership. For billing questions, refund requests or payment issues, email support with the email address used for your account.
How do I delete my account?▾
You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and removes your profile, roles and subscription record. Financial records we are legally required to keep are anonymised.
